Pain Management Survey

Opinion Health, a UK healthcare market research firm, is looking for people in the UK with either multiple sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease to complete a short survey on their management of pain.
The survey, which is online, aims to learn more about the pain associated with either of these two illnesses, and how effectively people are managing it with current (or alternative) therapies.
The survey will probably take about 5-10 minutes to complete. If you have either of these conditions, and complete the survey, a reward of £5 for each individual participation will be donated to a patient group of your choice (at the end of the survey, you will be asked to specify which patient group you would like us to send a cheque).
All responses will be confidential, and all information given will be studied in aggregated form only. The final results will be used for a confidential discussion among healthcare professionals.
To enter this short survey, please click on this link [ie, place your mouse on the link, hold down the Control button, and left-click your mouse]:

If you have any further questions about the survey, please contact Opinion Health at (or, alternatively, you can call us on 020-7486-6700).

Finally, please note that the survey is open to the first 35 people with MS who reply, and the first 5 people with Parkinson’s.

Thank you,
Michele Poliziani,
Research Director,
Opinion Health.
