MS Fitness Class

Are you interested in attending a MS fitness class?

Studies have shown that regular exercise for people with MS helps maximise muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and aerobic capacity. It can help:

Improve overall health and well being

Optimise and maintain muscle function

reduce the disabling impact of relapses

reduce muscle wasting

reduce spasticity

improve posture

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and GP Exercise Referral Specialist. I am hoping to start a program of Fitness classes at the centre, combining cardiovascular and conditioning exercises in a Circuit style class.
