Researchers announced they have found a treatment that might slow the progression of MS in people in the later stages of the condition.

Researchers announced today they have found a treatment that might slow the progression of MS in people in the later stages of the condition.
In one of the first positive clinical trials for progressive MS, simvastatin – a cholesterol lowering drug – was found to potentially benefit people with secondary progressive MS (SPMS).
