Purpose To capture the experiences of people affected by a neurological condition when health and social care systems falter. The report we will produce will help health and social care providers to review how services might be improved and help others to cope better.

actual examples of where local care systems have faltered
personal experiences and impacts
coping and not coping
low and high points
good coping practice for others to consider
4. Recommendations for the statutory, private and voluntary sectors

* Free event with light refreshments available throughout.
* Good facilities for disabled visitors.
* Plenty of free parking. (Or a short walk from Aldermaston station).
* Travel expenses will be paid to invited delegates; please ask.
