A weekly Pilates class will start on Wednesday 8th January from 3.30 – 4.30pm in the Live Well rehab gym, Loddon Valley Leisure Centre, Lower Earley. This will be led by Anne Holland and exercises can be done seated or on the mat.
YogaAn 8 week course will start on Thursday 9th January from 12.15 – 1.15pm in the small hall at St Crispin’s Leisure Centre, Wokingham, led by Ros Drewett. As with Pilates, the exercises can be done either seated or on the mat.
Tai ChiIn addition to Pilates and Yoga, there is a weekly Tai Chi class taking place every Wednesday from 1.30 – 2.30pm at the Live Well rehab gym, Loddon Valley Leisure Centre, Lower Earley. This is open to anyone who has a long term condition and is taught by Tai Chi Instructor Brian Hill. The class is beneficial for both mobility and relation and can be done either sitting or standing. The last class before Christmas is on Wednesday 18th December, re-starting on Wednesday 4TH December 2014.
